By posting User Content, you grant Choons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. Choons helps you discover music, but we do not host full music tracks for streaming or download unless explicitly provided by and licensed from the rights holder. All music content referenced on Choons is the property of its respective owners.
When posting information about music, you should only use content you have the right to use or that is in the public domain. Choons respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
The Choons name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Choons or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

NEITHER CHOONS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR THAT ACCESS THERETO WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT WILL CHOONS, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHOONS'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CHOONS, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Choons, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website or app. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Choons regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
